Pink Elephant in the Room

A project born from the lived experience of Sara Bravo as a non-binary and queer person, addressing the symbolic violence that permeates apparently neutral spaces of everyday life. Through fiction and staging, the work transforms uncomfortable glances, ambiguous gestures, and heavy silences into suspended images that make visible what so often remains intangible: the structural pressure that regulates bodies and dissenting identities. Far from positioning itself solely as a form of denunciation, the project also constructs itself as an act of resistance. Its scenes, situated between reality and fiction, transform spaces of transit into stages of discomfort and uncertainty from which to challenge the limits imposed by a binary system that watches, judges, and excludes.
